We’re thrilled to announce that we’re now a verified WooExpert agency – one of only a handful in the UK.
“That’s great”, we hear you cry, “but what does it mean?”
In its simplest terms, we went through a verification process with WooCommerce and Automattic (the parent company of WordPress) and our skills have been given the official seal of approval. To quote WooCommerce: “Membership is limited to a special few and you’re exactly what we’re looking for, a true expert”.
There are also some fantastic perks we have access to (and even more we will earn over time) which allow us to serve our customers better, including:
- The ability to tap into the buying power of Woocommerce so that we can negotiate better fees and rates with payment gateways
- The ability to try out any premium plugins on the WooCommerce marketplace (meaning if you spot something you like, we can try it out for you and tell you whether it’s worth using)
- Early access to new features so we can prepare for changes, and give you the heads up if something exciting is coming along
- Training for our team
- Support from the WooCommerce team when we need it
