Co-ordinator / Assistant


Bridnorth, Shropshire (WV16 4QN). 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. This is not a remote position.

Job Description

Founded in 2017, DCS Digital is a growing web and marketing agency with a studio based in Bridgnorth and Head Office in Northamptonshire. Alongside our traditional digital offerings, we have developed our own software solutions which include Airtowoo, CoSend, Vet Social and Dentist Social with customers across the globe.

Due to an ongoing influx of leads and a growing client base across all areas of the business, we’re looking for an ambitious, flexible, proactive and friendly person who can support in the end-to-end sales process.

This is a hands-on roll where you will be talking to clients on a daily basis and be pivotal in the sales process. You will be given full support and training. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work from our Bridgnorth studio (located on the High Street).



  • Process and qualify incoming leads
  • Arrange sales meetings (majority will be via Teams / Zoom)
  • Hold inital kick-off calls to gather requirements
  • Answer questions about our products and services
  • Deliver product demos
  • Take part in networking events
  • Help out on stands when we hve a presence at events 



  • Preparation of proposals and quotes
  • Benchmark businesses using our Digital Growth Kit
  • Support Technical Director in meetings



  • Client onboarding, including getting necessary documents signed
  • Continuous client engagement and follow-up, including looking for opportunities for Digital Growth Kit sales
  • First line support
  • Gather testimonials and case studies

Plus support in related activities as may be required from time to time.

  • Previous experience in a sales / client facing role
  • Passionate about technology and marketing
  • Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail
  • Friendly, personable and able to quickly build rapport
  • Able to actively listen
  • Excellent written English
  • Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Presentable with an excellent telephone manner

  • Able to quickly pick up, learn and use new technologies

  • Experience selling websites or digital services
  • Experience working with WordPress in a professional environment
  • Experience with e-commerce websites
