Website and social media re-launch to engage 250,000 visitors attending the Ideal Home Show, and the millions people that could be reached online.

The Client

Conker Living offer a range of versatile, spherical pods which are made in Cheshire, UK using 100% recycled or recyclable materials.

The challenge

As key platforms for gathering interest and driving sales, it is crucial that both the website and social campaign portray the true potential of The Conker.

Website Re-design

The challenge was to create a brand new look and feel for the website with improved user experience and a clearer perspective on each of the different Conker models.

Intended initially to serve as a brochure site, the primary aim is to get people interested in Conker Living as a brand as well as their products, and to grow that interest through to conversion.

Designed to be versatile, just like the products it is showcasing, the new site needs to be able to adapt over time, so we have taken this into account when designing the layout. For example, switching from a one page site to a multi page site allows additional pages to be added quickly and easily as new products are introduced in the future. 

The hero area of the homepage is also easily adapted to maximise engagement at different times such as before, during and after the Ideal Home Show.

A key aspect that the old site lacked was the clear distinction between the different products. The new site has given each product its own page with an in-depth, but easy to follow run down on the different features and options available.

The Results

DCS used their specialist skills to migrate the data, including products, customers, orders, shipping rates and tax rates, from the old website to the new one.
